Hi there! My name is Dominique, an adventure seeker that believes having children shouldn’t stop you from traveling the world. In fact, our two little girls have actually enhanced my travel. I know what you are thinking… how could it be better to travel WITH kids? Well, seeing the world through our children’s eyes is inspiring. It is a reminder to take nothing for granted and to enjoy the beautiful world God has created.
Now, traveling with children certainly is not glamorous, but it is worth it. For each city visited I will give you what I deem the three A’s: Accommodations, Adventures, and Appetites. I will review where we stayed, let you know all the activities we did, and all the delicious food and spirits we enjoyed – keeping it short and simple.
My home base is Raleigh, NC – a city I love exploring! Originally from New Jersey, I migrated South to attend N.C. State University (go Pack!). Raleigh is such a vibrant city that captures a small town feel, and I fell in love… so I stayed!
